Loch: Hey! It’s Loch Kelly here. I’m excited to share my new podcast with you. It’s called Effortless Mindfulness. In each episode, we’ll explore my favorite topic - awakening as the ultimate medicine and as the next natural stage of human development. Interesting... yeah?

This will be a unique adventure that I hope will inspire and support you. I’ll talk about my own journey and experiences studying with some of the great meditation masters of our generation. And about working with people in community mental health clinics in the Bronx and Brooklyn, NY. The quest and question for me has always been what are we doing here and what are the keys to a meaningful life?  How can we heal suffering and access those fleeting moments of love, connection and peace. 

It’s clear that life on our planet has been intense lately and we are in the midst of a mental health crisis.  If you are interested in beginning a mental, emotional and spiritual health renaissance with a new map and new tools, please join me here on this podcast series.  My guests and I will share unique doors to accessing awake consciousness and ways  to relieve trauma & anxiety at the root - by bringing together the best of ancient wisdom, spirituality, modern science and psychology.  I will also share how we can upgrade our operating system to live an optimal life of wisdom and love. 

Effortless Mindfulness is not like most meditation practices you’ve heard of. Effortless does not mean that we make no effort but that we can discover a type of awareness that we can focus from that is effortlessly already here. It's an advanced yet simple form of mindfulness that builds on standard mindfulness and is just now being made available. I’ll share how I bumbled along from a kid with ADHD, Dyslexia and early personal losses to discover this amazing support.

We are not just going to talk about this but we'll experientially access this effortless awareness through guided "micro-meditations" and other direct pointers to reveal the calm, clear, and connected dimension that’s naturally here already…   and no, you won’t have to meditate in a cave or become an Olympic athlete of meditation to discover this!

In addition to talks on really cool topics and guided meditations we’ll have in-depth discussions with friends, colleagues, and cutting edge thinkers in psychology, neuroscience, and meditation… We’ll explore consciousness, creativity, flow states at home and work, relationships and other topics as they are transformed through living from effortless mindfulness.  I hope you'll join me as we have these deep dialogues and these great guests like:
